Serenity Psychiatric Center's initiative is to revolutionize the design of behavioral health institutions. The hospital's goal is to stray from the traditional healthcare model and incorporate a more home-like experience for all of whom visit the hospital both long term and short term. By doing so, the hospital expects to see an increase in both patient and staff moral and a decrease in repeat patient visits.
